| In 1980, RENTEX Financial Corp, an independent ownership and dealership
financial company, was formed. This included the Las Vegas Auto
Auction, Spring Valley Mobile Home Park and Sales dealership for
manufactured housing. Las Vegas Auto Auction was located on 5 acres on Boulder
Highway and was successfully operated from January 1980 to 1984. It closed when the
property was sold to the State of Nevada for the completion of the U.S. 93/95 Interstate.
From 1980 to 1995, RENTEX's small auto dealership on E. Sahara Avenue was successful,
sold and financed many types of vehicles.
From 1980 to 2002, the Spring Valley Mobile Home Park included 200 homes
located in one of the less desirable areas of Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, it
was a successful venture because we offered in-house financing.
From 1980 to 2002, the Mobile Home Sales division bought and sold over
5000 homes in two states. Many new lines of products and special arrangements
with large financial companies like Citgo, Greentree and major banks made
our mobile home community a conduit between repossessions and finished sold product
due to
great management.
All in all, including the expertise of Mr. Jim Farrington, AADvantage
Appraisers has a
total of 30 years in the appraisal industry.
Jim has been involved in more than 7,000 transactions in sales and
appraising.
Together as AADvantage Appraisers since 1996, we have been invaluable
with diminished values after repairs on cars of value for court testimony,
bankruptcies, and divorces in over 5,000 cases, in addition to being able to
value "Special Interest and Muscle Cars", for the protection of the
principals with the extreme increase in value of the last decade it's so
important to keep updated on their values. We operate in 11 western
